I had a very disturbing encounter at Grace Eyewear in Metrotown. Tried on a pair of men's prescription eyeglasses and was provided with a price for the frames and for the lenses. I then asked for the model number of the frames. I was told by two different employees that they could not give me the model number of the frames. When I asked for a reason I was told it's company policy not to reveal the model number of the frames. I think it's a bad policy. How am I supposed to know they are not over charging me? Am I going to spend 600 without knowing what model number I am actually buying? NO

If you're looking for somewhere to buy glasses or contacts, this is the perfect place for you. Honestly, this is the best eyewear store I have ever been to. I've been buying eye frames, lens, and sunglasses from this place ever since I was a child. Michael, Leo, and Grace have never failed me. Their coworkers are very nice and well tell you about each brand and what type of crowd wears them. I learned many things about brands like Armani, LV, Gucci, ray bans, and much more. The glasses and frames are all imported so it's a bit expensive for them to make profit. But they still give pretty darn good prices compared to the others stores around. The owner, Michael is such a kind man. The team there are almost like family to us. Whenever there is something wrong with our glasses, they always willing to fix it right away without charging. Leo's customer service is beyond the norm. He will always be willing to hook a brother up. His customer service is easily over 5 stars. Grace is so kind, and is always explaining the pros and cons of every brand I ask about. She speaks to me not as a customer, but as an older sister. I would recommend this place over any other eyewear stores I've been to in my life. I will continue coming here as long as I live.

Great service and selection. Been coming here for over 10 years, and have enjoyed the care that Michael takes in ensuring a positive experience. I'm pretty picky when it comes to glasses, and the people at Grace Eyewear have always been very patient and kind throughout.
Bought new glasses from here and I have taken good care of it. With in 5 months it broke, and I was denied replacement or repair as it was deemed as not a manufacturing defect and blamed me for breaking it. Not sure how you can justify this break as it can be seen clearly that the breakage happened at the slot for the screws and it's either the quality of the product or they cracked it while installing the glasses which could have propagated. Please don't buy glasses from here. Zero stars.
I think it is good deal and good helpers me check up on my eyes test. I love my new glasses. Since 1 years and half. Micheal is Excellent worker and his great work. I am so impressed Micheal good help other peoples and our family too. I think it is great experience. Amazing service! wondeful advice!
