Sometimes it is the little things that count. Over the last several years the staff and technicians at Fire-Pro have helped us complete the annual fire extinguisher inspection required for my wife’s daycare. It is a small service in terms of cost but vital nonetheless. This year when I arrived at the door a posted sign suggested calling to receive service. I was about to dial when Shan came to the door and then outside to see what I needed He took in two older extinguishers for recycling and replacement and one for inspection. He would have everything ready 9:00 am next morning. Shan was gracious and friendly, exactly what I have come to expect from reception, technicians and managers. I can’t think of a business where I have had more prompt or attentive care. Communication skills and prompt response are in the the company’s DNA. Check them out; you won’t be disappointed.

Fire-Pro is nearly complete on a tough job. On the job for one week were their Technicians Justin and later his Colleague (Lee?), who were able to navigate through many obstacles (including removing old pipe, removing old concrete, working around homeless people).
