Al, Kyle and their team did a fantastic job fixing my Honda CR-V. When picking up my car it looked brand new! Great job fixing the scratch and detailed cleaning. I would definitely recommend this shop for anyone that needs their vehicle fixed. Thanks again Al and Kyle to your team!

They fixed my truck in the really short term with good quality and a very reasonable price! They replaced my rear bumper to brand new OEM bumper! Happy to have it done! Highly recommended!!!

My personal experience- I had my car repaired at False Creek Collision in 2019. First of all, they were very professional and did a great job. Everyone was very nice except the receptionist lady. Too bad I didn't get her name. She called me told me my car was ready for pick up. She gave me the wrong opening hours because she was confused with Friday and Saturday. When I tried to correct her, she shouted at me and repeated the opening hours as if I'm deaf or don't understand English. When she realized she's wrong, she then apologized to me. Anyway I was so happy my car was fixed at that time so I didn't complaint to the manager. If the lady still works at False Creek Collision, please let her know be kind to everyone and be patient to listen to other people if their first language is not English.
