Absolutely terrible phone line service. There is absolutely no way you can reach anyone after going through the options / directory. The automated speaker just simply rambles on and on. FIX YOUR CALL SERVICE.

After paying 100 for a phone consultation that lasted under 5 minutes, I was told to go to ER, at the ER I paid an additional 1k only to be told to take anti acids with regards to a possible stomach ulcer. The Edmonds clinic did not take the initiative to send through an invoice for the phone call, I had to chase them down, after a long process I received an invoice with 0 explanation on the content of the phone call - even though that was clearly requested on my behalf. I am currently trying to get a hold of them in order to fix my invoice for insurance purposes, they are not picking up their phone, they have ignored 2 emails for a week. Please choose somewhere else, this place does not operate professionally.

Spent an hour on hold trying to book an appointment to have the clerk hang up on me when answering. Once I got through, their service was excellent. Please fix your phone lines so I don't have to call every 5 minutes hoping your lines are open.

Terrible experience with this clinic today. We called them at 11 saying a family member had sprained or broken his ankle. Do they do x rays? Yes! Was the response; call back at 2pm today when the clinic opens and we will fit you in!. We called right at 2pm and the clinic said, no, we don't do x rays. You need to go to emergency. We said, well we would like a doctor to assess it anyway, before we go to emergency. The phone was physically handed off to someone else who came on and said , "we are full today."! We wasted 3 hours waiting as we had been assured we would get in, see a doctor, and x rays would be taken! Then we had to go tackle the ER! We were greatly misled on an urgent health matter. Then the 2pm staff was rude and dismissive.

Not recommended, there is absolutely no use in paying for a service that merely redirects you elsewhere.

Friendly staff, great doctor during my visit . Unlike city centre urgent primary carec there is no onsite blood lab and imaging provided here. But easy parking a plus.
