Great customer service! (4.5 Stars if possible) Mona was super friendly and helpful. I went in to try on the women's Soft 7 to double check my size in Eccos. She was able to pull 3 different sizes for me to try on without seeming annoyed or frustrated. She was also able to help me plus 2 other customers all at once without being flustered. I ended up only trying on the shoes as the colour selection in-store was less than that online, but I did end up buying my shoes online today thanks to the patience and help of Mona!

NOT impressed.,NO service. Upset at the way the staff treated the customers.. Asked for 2 size 9 men's shoes.. Brought out one pair.. My husband tried it and asked for a 8 1/2. The sales lady said no and walked away. I gestured that we did not need the shoes my husband tried on. No reply from her. There were 2 other sales person on the floor. I asked around to see if anyone can help us find a different style in a smaller size.. No one said anything..i was very polite..I was not rude!. But I was mad after I was ignored. Anyways. We went to oakridge mall.. Got the service, got the shoes. My husband wanted.

I did not have a good customer service at your store , In my opinion as a customer it was a worse service I have got from store's GM . She explained to me if I wear it out side of the store it's going to be on final sale so means no return or exchange and I said I know that and I want to wear it right now but when I look at my reciept she wrote that I wore it outside which is so rood from her because she has to trust the customer. So if I wore that and bring it back she would realize that's the worn shoes . As a store manager the way she acted towards me as a customer it was not professional, because she accused me of cheat . I will take my business elsewhere that they treat me the best way. I hope you take care of this to not lose anymore business

I bought a pair of sandals from ecco. An Asian girl helped me make up my mind what to buy. she was very helpful. she told me that maybe they will have a sale on fathers day and asked me to keep my receipt and come back to get the discount. I came back and I got 40 of my money back. They are awesome. Best customer service ever
