Internal company direction is a complete mess. It's unbelievable how many REDUNDANT processes there are band-aided in their processes. And add on top of that, there's the toxic micromanagement at every layer of the org chart with no results to show for it. Also, the promises from management will not be kept for anyone - and that hurts morale, and management doesn't care.
