David Gray is a goodfeel because it is a super expansive area and has a dog park cordoned off from the big park so it is pretty big. There are tennis courts, a wading pool (seasonal), saucer swings, a full playground and awesome big trees to play hide and seek and tag with the little ones. A lovely little gem amidst the city & gives off a peaceful vibe

Lots of dogs your dogs can play with. People are also very very kind with their dogs in having them played on by people also. It's also has a good community of dog owners here. See all the pups during an 11am play time at random times. Good neighbourhood, good people. Dogs will run, sniff and bark at other dogs because that's how they are. This is a good place to teach your dog to be a dog. Note that the water is turned off due to winter months. Place also has tennis and play ground also for humans.

Beautiful little gem just blocks south of Central Park. Two tennis courts in great shape and with a hitting wall! Playground set and children's pool...AND a good-sized, corral-like dog Park with varied terrain. Well-used...locals may not be happy of more exposure...but hey, it's a real beauty to be shared!

Just discovered this place when walking through the neighborhood as Central Park is just too busy. Enjoy watching people with their dogs in the enclosed off-leash area. Kids are loving the swings and playing tennis with their parents and I noticed the courts are painted with pickleball lines. Very up to date thinking for this popular sport. Nice trees and a hidden gem.

This dog park was a pleasant surprise in terms of location and size for an off-leash area in a major urban area. It is fenced with double gates, garbage cans and even a doggie water fountain. It is frequented by a lot of locals that walk here, so there is enough parking to be had. Folks have added chairs too, convenient if you are tired. There seems to be a lot of newer pet people here, and it's one of those places where the humans stand in one place while the dogs run around, so more dog conflicts than one might like. It can get a bit muddy due to its high use. Heads-up that you will need to control the barking as there is a hospice close by. Overall though, one of our regular stops in South Burnaby.
