We have used City Elevator as our elevator maintenance contractor for 15 years at our condo building. We have never had an issue with their service over this time. Recently we have had some minor breakdowns due to the age of the elevator and have had to call for service. Their technician Raymond has showed up each time in under 40 minutes and has had the elevator repaired and running fine again within 30 minutes of his arrival. Prompt, reliable and friendly amazing service. I would highly recommend this company especially their technician Raymond. Thank You!!!

A couple of weeks ago when I was doing my rounds as manager of the Dodson hotel I ended up on the fourth floor and if you dont know already I'm in a wheelchair so I was definitely in trouble I phoned city where we have a contract with and they totally understood and was there in 20 min.no that's what I call excellent service I highly recommend city elevator for there professional manner.
There was a big power outage in new West and I got stuck in a city elevator. I called them to send someone to free me and they were there in thirty minutes. Great service!
Technicians are never on time for anything.
