Called Chubb because we are getting constant calls from faulty equipment installed by Chubb. When I called I was informed our Security Code provided to us does not work (I have the document with it on) . Called again to ask how to get a new code and was told \I will not provide any information without a security code\. not even how to request a new code. Awful Customer service by Shelly - operator #41. Stay away from this company.

Useless company. DO NOT GO WITH THEM. They will overcharge you! Avoid Avoid!! No-one takes responsibility for their errors. Untrained staff. They hide behind their incompetence because there is no accountability. Use anyone else but these guys. They will let you down. This company will overcharge you every chance they get. I just received an invoice for 1,384 to change a smoke detector... The labour part, which took less than on hour, was 880.00. Unfortunately, they have proprietary software and no other company can work on panels they installed so once you have a Chubb Edwards panel, you are stuck with them. If you are looking at installing a fire panel, make sure the company that will install it does not have proprietary parts or software.

Terrible. Tried twice this morning to get through to home support to arrange a service call. After being put on hold twice for fifteen minutes each. I have up. The local number for Chubb Edwards in Vancouver is forwarded to their main answering system. The only person I got to talk to was an apathetic sounding receptionist I have sent them an email request but haven't had an answer back four hours later. Time to change service.
