Our very first contact was via email where I asked for some info about the service they’ve provided, and they answered promptly with answers to all my questions. After that, we had several phone calls. The people I’ve spoken to have always been friendly and appointments are taken with no hesitation\t\tPunctuality: the appointments are always respected. I’ve never had a single appointment moved or canceled.\t\tQuality of the work: great. Over the years, they’ve made repairs, replacements, and boiler installation for me and they’ve always done a great job.

I phoned Central last month for the first time. I had never had any experience with them but I was told they were very professional. I phoned them the first time just to speak about a new boiler installation. They provide information about time, price, and guarantee with no hesitation. I contacted other companies but Central was the one that offered the best deal so I called them again and arrange the installation. The job has been done yesterday and everything went smoothly: I couldn't be there during the installation and they worked in full autonomy and left the place clean and free of any rubbish. The system is perfectly working and I've also received an additional phone call yesterday evening during which a tech provided information about the functions and setup of the boiler.

Central was great in any aspect. Boilers don’t get broken during working days and working hours: mine stopped working all of a sudden on a late Sunday. I have two small children and I can’t stay in a house without a functioning boiler. I had their number from a friend that’s already their client, and they answered that Sunday at 6 pm! They came the following morning and an hour later they had already finished the job. The repair was easy - just a small leak that had made the pressure go down - but I appreciated their efficiency and availability.

I highly appreciated the way Central offered me two options. I had to replace an important piece of my boiler - something that had to do with the motor or something. Well, the piece was very expensive and my boiler has 17 years old. Mike - the tech from Central - offered me two options: replace the piece or having a new boiler installed. I opted for having the entire boiler replaced and Central took care of everything. The new Lennox boiler is even more suitable for the dimension of our apartment and we ended up saving a lot of money on our bills.

I got Central was a great repair company when I was told on the phone that they always try to fix the issue on their first visit. This is something companies never say: they come, take a look at your boiler, or whatever system you have, and they let you know when they'll be able to fix it (in the meantime they always ask you some money). WIth Central, I received a quote with no hesitation (since they weren't sure about the issue they provide a range of expense). Fixing the problem on their first visit is part of their policy. Joe arrived early in the afternoon with his van full of replacement parts and tools. He went in and out the house couple of times to take what he needed but that was all: he fixed our boiler that afternoon and it's working fine ever since.
