Went to get 2 pages of paper printed in b&w..i wanted to sign it and scan it to send it back to my email. Did everything in about 4 mins and they charged me 5 dollars. I didn't say anything because this is my first time ever getting a printout in Canada. Came home and told my gf and she told me I got cheated. 5 dollars is a lot of money for an international student working odd jobs. This place is a scam.

*OWNER CANNOT BE TRUSTED* GO ELSEWHERE IF YOU CAN I’ve been to this print shop more than a couple of times in the past as it is conveniently located near Metrotown. I usually get colour printing to make cake/cupcake toppers with my die-cut Silhouette Cameo machine. I asked for a colour print on 60lb paper (as usual) and this time it came out very differently than my previous prints. I asked the owner if it was indeed printed on 60lbs paper, since it was significantly cheaper quality and very flimsy, which the owner replied saying it was “new paper”. 2.60 for 2 sheets “60lbs” colour prints tax 2.90 (cash) The previous time I went, he rounded my total to 3, and wouldn’t give me change (I printed the exact same order, 2 colour prints on 60lbs paper). I highly recommend NOT coming here.
