Like all of the Return-it centers the hygiene is below the standard for the price we pay for the benefit of recycling in BC. This company should be having a mobile crew with cleaning equipment in the truck including exchange of trays for loading the products to the Exchange counter. Time for the client complaints to activate this company in implementing sanitary conditions for the staff and customers.

This is the most INTRUSIVE customer service depot we had ever experience!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone to come here!! We are here to do our part to keep this planet green and clean yet we got YELLED at from the owner/operator and to never come back to this depot. I hope our experience will never EVER happen to another customer again!! I would not give this location any stars but in order to post this information I unwillingly have to add a star. I would give this depot zero to minus no stars!!!
