We need more of BC Technologies for Learning! Love this organization for all they do. They take our pre-used computers and refurbished them. They hire young people and give them training and job experience. They give us refurbished computers for the newcomer, marginalized, and seniors families we work with at Mount Pleasant Neighbourhood House!

Requested a computer Friday and was able to get it Monday, just 3 days processing including weekends. The best service i ever got so far from any institution since i moved to Burnaby.Laptop looks descent and I guess even the batteries and AC Chargers came as brand new. **I could use though a lighted keyboard **, but no complaints- laptop specifications are great and can easily pass as a business laptop.Pre-installed O/S -WIN 10 PRO-with 2019 MS office are a bonus for a used laptop. Robert and his colleagues at BCTLS should be commended for the job they do for the community and for the government at that.Thank you very much gentlemen for the work you do.CHEERS.

As a teacher, our school has benefited greatly from the free and low cost equipment available from the BC Technology for Learning Society. The staff are great, friendly and helpful anytime we have had issues with hardware. Highly recommended!

Update: after some confusion, which might have been my own fault, Reusetech reached out to me and replaced my laptop which was under 3 month warranty. I received it today. Thank you! They do stand by their service. They made the replacement easy and painless, and updated me with their correct contact information. I highly recommend them. Original Post: I purchased a laptop from their low income program. It failed after only 6 weeks. After repeated attempts to contact them through email I couldnt get a response. They sold me substandard equipment and overcharged me for it. I wouldnt recommend this service. They dont stand by their service.

This was quite a while ago. I had a computer and a printer lying around (the computer was won in a draw and the printer was replaced by a newer model; both were very capable machine at the time). I found this place online and thought I could do some good. So I drove all the way over and donated them. Filled out some forms and was told that a receipt would be sent to me. But nothing was sent to me. I actually forgot about this. Was reminded when I read about a scam in a friend's message recently. This place smells fishy. Your good will can turn into their profit. I would not trust this place.
