The staff seem incredibly overwhelmed. I frequent the store and every time I'm there or I walk past, there's only one person working and at least 5 or more people wanting 100% attention from the person working. While sometimes customer interaction can be a little "iffy" [because the staff don't kiss the customers ass, and they are usually busy with another customer{order}], the staff there know what they're talking about and have helped me out with a lot of printing needs. I've been in the store while they've explained to people some of the health risks or printing risks of printing on some material, and customers seriously don't care. Its appalling that customers would disregard another human beings health for a t shirt, so I can understand why the staff are a little salty. They are incredibly knowledgeable but it seems that customers just wont listen to them. And for the kinds of printing methods that they have there (or lack there of) they do a good job with it. It would be better if they had more variety though. Over all the staff there are doing the best with what their given, poor printing material and crappy-suburban-entitled-metrotown-shopper attitude. The stores looks could use an overhaul as well, its 2016 and the store has looked the same since it opepened.

I have never dealt with such an unprofessional group of people in my life. I was met with rudeness, tears and short tempered staff. I lost out on 4 hours of my time and almost lost out on 100 without anything to show for it. Bang-On Metrotown is completely useless and I highly recommend you go elsewhere for you garment printing needs.
I went in here to get a simple shirt made, when I entered the mall (got there when it opened) I noticed that nobody has been in there yet so I proceeded in the store. The girl who was working (the one with a lot of piercings) was completely rude and didn't even acknowledge my existence. When I asked her if I had to email the image to her, she gave me the DIRTIEST look I have ever received and replied with a sarcastic "well... yeah". I emailed the image and she proceeded to tell me that it would be an HOUR wait... There had obviously been no customers in the store, I was so shocked. I left the store super disgruntled and felt humiliated by the girl that was working, she was the rudest individual I had encountered in retail. I am not new to Bang On, I frequent Cherry Bomb on granville regularly but I so happened to be shopping with my friend that day in Burnaby. Worst customer service experience ever. Left a completely bad taste in my mouth about Bang On, I mean who would hire an individual in a retail position who obviously does not like to deal or interact with people?!
The guy that works the first shift during the week was a complete incompetent dick.. Went there twice, left both times disappointed. He's lazy, unwilling, & will excuse any of such with being payed minimum wage. If it has to be bang-on -- go to robson.
