Paid a consultation fee under the advice that they would take the case on, Spoke with a lawyer who was leaving the firm, but needed till the following Monday to confirm that I would be looked after.... Only to be told sorry you have a case but I'm not sure if I have the time to take the case on , received a email from the partner who wanted more information before he could provide a refund which was provided, and no reply, so 393.00 for nothing other than the guy who reviewed my file was leaving.
