I don't know how these people got BBB status. They threw potted plants in with my work uniforms. Broke irreplaceable jewellery, family heirlooms, left my dryer, my 150 shower head and an entire closet full of stuff to my ex-landlord. I took pictures and they offered me a cheque for dry cleaning and 10% of damages. Then the baliff forgot to tell them to cut the cheque and gave me the run around for 2 weeks. Wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy.
