I have to admit I was skeptical walking in. I had been experiencing lower back pain. My physiotherapist was Nasim and now I am a believer. She was really nice and thoughtful. She gave me plan and helped relieve my back of tons of pressure. I noticed immediate differences in my bodies ability to bend and move. I feel young again.
