We met Jenn from Above and Beyond Concepts at the Vancouver home show as we were wanting to replace our flooring throughout our main living area. We were very impressed by her customer service and ended up renovating our entire main floor (kitchen, laundry room and powder room). We were very happy with the results. Above and Beyond use very experienced trades and Jenn was a pleasure to work with, always keeping in touch and answering all of our questions and concerns. Above and Beyond Concepts hold true to their name. The staff at Above and Beyond went the extra mile to ensure a timely flooring installation. When my fiancé & I purchased our townhouse and when we received the keys with the news the existing laminate floors were badly water damaged. With the move in date only 9 days away, Brad and Sherry were able to source the floors and provide quick and cost effective service and were able to complete the new floor install by the move in date. My fiancé & I appreciate all their hard work in order to complete this job on time and on budget. Going forward I would certainly recommend Above and Beyond Concepts to anyone that needs any form of home renovation or flooring projects completed. You will not be disappointed.
I had new carpet installed in my home by Above and Beyond Concepts last week. Wow! Can't say enough good things about the experience in its entirety.... from dealing with Brad and Sherry - both very professional and attentive, to John the installer..... What an incredible and \seamless\ job he did (get my pun??!). I am not normally one to take the time to write reviews but this time I felt it was necessary. I recently had the pleasure of working with Jenn for the replacement of wall to wall carpeting in my condo to engineered hardwood flooring. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Jenn and the team at AB Concepts throughout this whole process. Everyone I dealt with has been professional, responsive and client focused. Jenn was able to help me hone in on the best product for my application. I am quite particular and Jenn was very patient in guiding me through the myriad of options. The product that was finally chosen was the product Jenn had initially recommended on Day 1! The new floors are beautiful and the installation perfect. Jenn was also very good in keeping me in the loop, and kept me informed during all steps of the project, from beginning to end. If I had any questions or requests, they were dealt with immediately and completely. During these tumultuous pandemic times, coordinating and managing a project and its logistics is no small matter so thank-you Jenn, Brad, Will and Sherry. It has been a pleasure working with AB Concepts and I would not hesitate to recommend them or work with them again on future projects.
