Good place, i enjoy coming here. It is a tucked away, hidden store near Metrotown. When I went, the staff were quite helpful. Overall, good experience.

if you are looking for Napoleon cake in Burnaby, they are a good option. but I would have been more satisfied if the cake would be slightly more fresh. looking forward to having a fresh Napoleon from them again!

I'm not that type of a person who likes to complain but I think the management should know what kind of service your employees provide. Particularly I'm talking about a blond young salesgirl. This person NEVER says hi to customers, NEVER thanks for a purchase, and NEVER smiles. She is ABSOLUTELY cold and unfriendly. Every time I just want to approach her and say: "Please, don't hate me!!" For the first time I thought maybe the girl was tired or had a bad day but it keeps going all the time. This style of service is not okay; it makes people feel EXTREMELY unwanted customers. I've been shopping here for 3 years and I have never had such experience anywhere like I had with this person. Previous sales persons were so nice and kind especially the guy; he was so positive and helpful. Management had to train the staff on how to deal with buyers. I like your store as there is a great variety of qualitative goods but now I just want to come back here because of terrible service.

I went to this place hopes of getting some poppyseed bread as they were pretty good last time I had it. When I asked the clerk, she said she didn't have any but one a frozen one in the back and that it's slightly broken. I told her it's fine because I don't care too much about the looks as long as it tastes good. Everything went well till I saw the price. I can't believe one of these things cost 12.27! I don't know why she weighed them and didn't give me the label price. I assumed it's because she brought it from the back and technically not in stock (?). 3/5 for the high cost for just poppyseed bread (but still tastes good).
