Mani, Ranjit, and Ryan from A1 Windows just completed our windows installation last week and they were outstanding. They took such care to do a thorough and superb job, and were so friendly and approachable throughout it all. They also cleaned up everything so well, including vacuuming our house (which I did not expect), and were so accommodating of us. We were home throughout the installation and went out of their way to avoid disturbing us as much as possible. The windows are also great! Right away, we noticed a huge difference in how quiet it was. An excellent experience. Thank you!

Mani and his team did and excellent job installing our new sliding door and window. Their attention to detail and installation process is top notch. I do not write reviews often, but I have to say A1 Windows from start to finish have been great. I had a patio window in an old apartment unit needing replacing and from the first call to the installation, customer service was amazing. Quote was done over the phone and then a inspection of the unit to ensure nothing was missed. Contract was sent out, communication was very good all the way through. We just had it installed today, and Mani and Ranjit were very professional, thorough, clean and attentive. Answered all my questions and ran through what they did before leaving. They did an excellent job with the installation having to bring the patio door up to the second floor via the neighbours patio downstairs and do what they call a dry install. Would not hesitate to recommend them and if we are in need of windows in the future, I know who I will be calling!
We reached out to A1 windows for a quote after a friend's recommendation and receiving quotes from other window manufacturing companies. The quote was provided in Dec 2020 and the install was completed Feb 2021. We were happy with the service, communication, and follow through. Robert was the salesperson we spoke to and he was informative and took the time to recognize our needs and provide various options. Mani and Ranjit were the installers and they were careful in removing the existing windows and cleaned up thoroughly after installing the new replacement windows. One of the windows were cracked upon arrival and it took less than one week for them to replace the glass. Our experience has been stress free due to the exceptional customer service provided by the Mani, Ranjit, and Robert and we would use them again for future home renovations.
