Enjoy working with this company. Very responsive and professional! They show up immediately when needed. When there is a flood or a fire, they take care of all aspects of the restoration and the client -from packing ,moving, storage and to demolish and repair. Your first and last ‘go to ‘ in metro Vancouver.

One star for the fact that the actual job was done. Other than that, carpets were ruined, wall tile broken, staples left in the door frame, toilet left in the bathtub, unprofessional and expensive. I attach photos here so you know what to expect. The owner was very rude, yelled at me over the phone when I asked to reduce the price, so we can fix all the deficiencies. No supervision of the employees. They didn't cover their shoes and entered our bedrooms for no reason. We have advised the supervisor that we have cameras at home, and the worker was caught on camera going on the 3rd floor of our townhouse (the work was being done in the bathroom on the 1st floor). I can only imagine what they do and where they go if there are no cameras. Stay away from them if you don't want extra stress in your life (that you pay for).

Some months ago our hot water pipe bursted, it was very stressful and confusing, (with covid, I was so worry for my mom, as we had staff coming and going, adding that by that time we were all homeschooling), Raz contained the damage fast and his crew was so kind and respectful during all the process.
