The school charged for fall classes and closed the location without any notice. The only way to communicate with them is by email. They do not respond to the emails I send. Phone number is off, location is closed. I have to fight to get money back. But do not even know how to do that.

So fun do with friends or take your kids. These are the mini cookie jars we made. Process takes a while but in the end it was worth the wait.
I've booked 2 birthdays with this company. I was trying to book my sons 3rd in a row when I decided it's not a great idea to deal with these people. I'd give 0 stars is I could. My credit card was declined and they told me I had 24 hrs(via email) to pay the 300 dollar balance or I would lose my spot. There was a link to some site that they claimed I could pay from. All I was sent to was some weird site that I had to log into... I tried calling them and they never answer the phone, and they never check messages... what kind of company is this where they dont use the phone... Email was almost as bad as I sent 3 emails to the head office and 3 to the branch in burnaby and only got robot replies. Most places will take a deposit rather than the total cost up front. It's no wonder the other locations have closed. Very flawed system they have and terrible customer service. Not to mention that you get really bad value for you 300 bucks. My kids love art but this is a RIP off. 300 bucks for a gallon of paint and 10 tiny \canvases\ not to mention the big canvas the kids paint that you must pay another 60 dollar extra for them to frame. They could make a killing if they would make the effort to take care of there customers.
