I was disgusting with service here.. Paulette (Manger) refused to check for a product. I never had a employee refuse me to check for an item. Its kinda sad. I had intentions to buy 50.00 worth of toys as im a collector. They lost my business. Going to Walmart.
We were really impressed with Tiffany the CPST today. This was our 3rd Toysrus location in 2 days. We were looking for a specific model with a more recent manufacturing date. Tiffany questioned why we were interested in that specific model and then showed us a car seat that better suited our needs. This was the only location which someone showed us how to properly install the car seat and then allowed me to take two seats to the car and try them out. We are very happy with our purchase and with the customer service that Tiffany provided.
I just wanted to take the time to callout Jody from Babies R Us who helped my husband and I last weekend with purchasing a crib and dresser. I was unable to order two of the pieces online so I called the store and spoke with Jody who walked me through how I can do curbside and ended up finding one of the pieces for me to go with the crib and dresser. She got everything ready for us and met us curbside and when the crib wouldn't fit in either vehicle she was able to get it delivered to us the next day. Jody, then followed up the next day to ensure everything went smoothly. I haven't experienced customer service like this in a really long time absolutely amazing!!!!
Beware of the manager of this store, she is on a serious power trip. We had an issue where their registry allowed two of our shower guests to both buy the same large value item. We explained that it was the registry that messed up and we didn’t need anything else from that store and a gift card was no use to us. The manager was having none of it repeating the same uneducated, unsympathetic jargon. My only advise to new parents is to do an Amazon Registry, these big box whales are out of touch.
