My car was damaged and the owner, Mohamed, will not even speak to me and keeps hanging up on me. I brought my car to have my winter tires put on yesterday at 10am. I left the vehicle and the tires with them. I received a call at 1:30pm stating that they couldn't find my winter tires, put me on hold and then came back a few minutes later letting me know they found them. Received another call at 2pm that my car was ready. Arrived at 2:15pm to pick up my car and found that coffee had been spilled on my drivers seat. After nearly 45 minutes of speaking with an employee, the owners son and the owner over the phone, and being told they do not drink coffee in the vehicles and that I must have done it and not noticed it when I dropped the car off (the spot was still wet!) - the owner acknowledged the coffee and said he would pay to have the seat cleaned. I left very upset, got home and noticed that there was further damage to my car. My drivers door had a ding in it down to the metal and was bent! Also, the bumper under my trunk was gouged. The shop closed at 3pm, so I couldn't go back to report the damage to them. Today, two attempts have been made to speak with the owner - who told me flat out I'm lying, they accept no responsibility and that I'm making things up. I offered to show him photos of the car - which I've only had a little over a week so I have lots of photos of it - that clearly show no damage on my door or back bumper under my trunk hatch. I've called the police as well to speak with them about next steps regarding this. Mohamed, you have surveillance cameras set up, review them and admit that one of your employees damaged my car!

Always have a great experience at Total Tire. My entire family brings our vehicles here for tire services & storage. Staff is extremely friendly & service is always completed quickly - I rarely have to wait long. Jack flipped my tires today & he took extra care of my car & gave me knowledgeable advice. I purchased my tires and rims from these guys about a year ago when I got my new car, the first set they ordered for me didn't quite fit because of my large brakes, but they happened to have another set in stock for the same price. I also go here for my on seasonal on rim tire changes as other shops want almost 2x what they are asking for. My car has an odd staggered setup, where the wider tires are on the front (AWD but front wheel bias) and they checked and double checked to make sure the customer (me) wasn't wrong about that. I appreciate the extra mile.
