This place is a gem. The fish and chips are so good and the folks are friendly. We usually get haddock and halibut with a side of mushy peas. Fish is always fresh with no fishy or stale/burnt oil smell and taste.

Delicious as always take out Halibut and Chips from Thistle fish and chips. Quick and easy ordering. Very well socially distanced in the shop for staff and customer safety. Nice little personal note on the take away bag.
I really like their dishes. I always get great customer service here. The place is clean and the employees are always super friendly. Will come back again.
Best fish and chips in Burlington (possibly anywhere) bar none! Staff is really nice too and they're doing a fantastic job in the middle of the second, and likely going on 3rd, wave of a pandemic:)
Good fish and chips and a pleasant dining experience. Haddock and Chips seems to be the trademark here. The fish is done with a very light batter but lacks a fully coating - the fries are fresh and decent but need a less saggy taste. Putting the fish directly on-top of the fries seems to alter the taste. Staff is wonderful! A little expensive.
