Really disappointed with our first experience with this restaurant. We placed our order at 12:30 for pickup at 7 on Valentine’s Day. When my boyfriend arrived to pick up our meal it was not ready and he ended up having to wait an hour and a half and finally got our food at 8:30. Really disappointed in the customer service. When asking when our food would be ready, he was just told “soon”. While waiting my boyfriend was told they were prioritizing skip the dishes orders. They should not have continued to take skip the dishes orders when there was over 15 customers in the restaurant waiting for their food. Nothing was offered to compensate for lengthy wait for our food. The pizza and calamari was good, the fettuccine Alfredo was okay. Will not be returning because of the customer service.

We have been here twice now..... the first time we had an issue with plastic bring in one of our appetizers. The waiter we had removed it from our bill and brought us a dessert on the house. So last week we went back. Less customers and the service with the same waiter was HORRIBLE! We had to wave him down to get a drink because he continued to answer the phone instead of helping customers in house. The chicken parmigiana was extremely tough as seemed like it was cooked days before and reheated in a microwave. We sent it back and ordered something else......I barely ate my replacement meal (picture below) and my girlfriend ate about half of her spaghetti bolognese. She was violently ill throughout the night and the following day with food poisoning. I understand that staff are cut back and businesses need to take short cuts to save money but this was unreal. My recommendation is to go to a different Italian restaurant.

Ordered Take-Out here on February 10th, and it was honestly the best Take-Out I’ve ever had. The calamari was packaged perfectly to still be crispy and not at all soggy. Both our pasta dishes were hot and so good. The calzone was hot and cooked perfectly. They’ve perfected their Covid Take-Out, it was all on point.

Fake wines ,fake menus , absurd prices. Be aware. This place put cheap wines in high end brand name bottles and charge customer for high end prices. They use low end fish in Their food and sell it for high end. There is big price difference between a wild caught Norwegian salmon and pink salmon . I am not stupid. God knows if they follow basic health guidelines in their kitchen. When there is just one bad sign. There are definitely more. Be aware. What a bad Christmas Eve we had.

The noodles were delicious, the ravioli was stuffed, and the pizza was scrumptious. They blessed us with a beautiful tiramisu for birthday dessert.
