These days it is increasingly difficult to find custom service that is actually sincere and helpful. The Brick in Burlington is fortunate to have Carolyn as their Customer Service Manager. She turned a horrible delivery/home repair situation into a most pleasant and helpful experience. She is extremely professional, compassionate and dedicated to making sure that in the end, the customer is happy. We have shopped at Leons and other furniture stores in the area but no one can compare to the level of service that Carolyn provided us with. You went above and beyond and it wasn't \just an act\ she is the real deal and as far as I'm concerned, she deserves a hefty raise!! Thanks for everything Carolyn we really appreciated your understanding and kindness.

A great store for new home buyers, with excellent sale advisors like Mark Castell, a very professional sales Representative at The Brick Burlington. Thanks Mark! The store provide public washroom and follow the COVID 19 health protocol. You can find a lot of furnitures and decorations for home Every week the have items on sales and good promotions. Big parking lot. Great location. They have differents brand of appliances ️
Amazing!! Pravin in the commercial area and rest of staff friendly and efficient and he was fast straight shooting on prices and got us why we wanted. Recommend this store over others.
I do not recommend purchasing items through The Brick at the moment. I have been waiting for over a month for my order to be delivered. They have not made any attempts to rectify the invoice they are causing. You're safer shopping elsewhere.
We were refurnishing and we were greeted by Sandy. We couldn't be happier with Sandy and how she helped us with all our questions and choosing the right fit. Delivery was also great. This location is our go to now.
