I was looking up the NEW Bronco Sport online - fell in love with it and knew this was it! I had clicked asking for more information and it happened to be with Terrace Ford Lincoln in Burlington. I heard back from them right away and made an appointment to come in. Upon my arrival I was set-up with Arsalan. Arsalan and I sat down to discuss what I was looking for, he made notes and I sent him some communication around some of the information I had found and was interested in. From there Arsalan was left to the task to find the vehicle of my dreams! There was ample communication on both sides (I appreciate Arsalan's patience with me, I know I was pretty \excited\ to find the vehicle). He was super responsive. Arsalan and the Team found one in Woodstock that checked all of my boxes, they called me with the good news, that they had secured it for me! Communication continued with Arsalan and Jade (from finance joined in as well), she was great and made the financing piece easy. We were able to bring it all together to arrange my picking up my NEW Bronco Sport on New Year's Eve!! Thank you to the whole team at Terrace Ford Lincoln in Burlington, I really appreciate everyone's efforts to close out what was a very strange 2020 in a positive way!
Just purchased my first F150 from Terrace Ford. Overall it was a great buying experience. Nick, one of the sales rep I dealt with was very friendly, polite and understanding. We bought a used 2016 Lincoln MKC and our sales person, Arsalan Ahmed was a great help in being instrumental in us buying the car. He was courteous very knowledgeable and went out of his way to meet our needs. He even came in on his day off to go over the various options and operations of the car.
