I've had an up and down time with my agent from Surex, Karen. During the customer acquisition process, she was active. But I've noticed that her response was always brief and never took the time to explain different nuances to me. I decided to go with her because she quoted me lower price. But when I tried to cancel, I thought her emails lacked professionalism. She made typing errors multiple times that altered how the content would be understood. When I asked to clarify, all she said that it was a \typo\ but never took the time to explain what her message really meant. This went on for a few times and it felt like I'm pulling teeth. Her mails are just random sentences and she never took the time to address my concerns and questions. I also asked her when I got the policy if I could cancel at any time which she responded yes. But now she tells me that there are penalties to be paid. Why couldn't she have told me that in the beginning. I am dissatisfied with her service!

Seriously, with Surex you SURE-LY can't go wrong. Even as a driver with a previous accident on my record, I was able to get the best rate over any of the main insurance companies/banks. Funnily enough even the discounted rate I got with TD through my workplace couldn't remotely match what Surex provided me. Their agents are accessible by email and phone, and there is transparency throughout the process. The agent I currently have is Tyler Amodeo and is he's been awesome to work with. If you're seeking new auto insurance, run, don't walk.
