We contacted Radu for water damage to the kitchen ceiling. He was able to quickly identify the problem was a leaking faucet in the bathtub upstairs, which was easily replaced and fixed at a very low cost. He then provided us great advice on how to fix the kitchen ceiling by patching and painting it over, and gave us lots of information on all potential options for repair. Silver Linings Restoration is a great company, with an owner who is responsive, thorough, professional and prompt. It was a great experience working with this company and I highly recommend to anyone needing restoration work in their home.
