I was very impressed with the knowledge of the sales associate. He gave us really good tips on the the different types of snowshoes we are considering. We are definately going back to buy them when the new stock arrives. I picked up a nice down best and puffer jacket before I left. Some of the merchandise can be a bit pricey.

It's unfortunate I'm writing this review and I often find myself writing great reviews to businesses! As soon as the lockdown lifted I decided to get myself and family each a pair of cross country skis. As soon as I entered the store an older lady with a sanitizer wanted me to sanitize my hands, I simply refused and explained I have my own sanitizer - she said it was mandatory to enter the store and I wasn't able to use my own. It's clear that this women who worked at the store did not know that they couldn't refuse anyone who denied the sanitizer, simply because it isnt a law and you can't force anyone oblige to an unconstitutional action. Then I found myself grabbing skis and boots, there was many people gathering around the area also waiting for skis. The staff member at the ski area was very confused and overwhelmed with the customers around the area, their however were other staff members lingering around the store without offering any such help. Overall I got what I needed but the experience lacked in knowledge and help. I would have wanted to have a better experience since I'm supporting a business during a scarce time in the world and I was extremely disappointed and did spend over a heaping 850. From now on I don't see the need to support businesses that are rigid towards their customers and seem to think or want to 'mandate' sanitation without consent and knowing you do not need to apply something against your will.
Excellent first time visit. Came for hiking shoes. I was approached by Chase. He was super friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He really helped me out. Thanks Chase.
