I should have left this review months ago, life gets busy but in referring my friend i remembered my great experiences here! Reds is the best! luxurious and fancy but down to earth. They worked on my old Chevy truck without hesitation! Did a fantastic job and at a reasonable cost. The mechanic actually came in early to get my truck done in the work day, that is dedication. If your looking for dealership quality and professionalism but dont want the cold shoulder and poor customer service of a dealer look no further. i am sad that reds does not have more locations and they make unfortunate vehicle breakdowns and repairs as smooth and pleasurable as possible. Thanks Reds, Customer for life!

Absolutely AWFUL to deal with for a place who deals in \high end cars\. Wouldn't recommend this place at all. Went there to check out a 911 GT3 for sale. Met Mike. Nice enough guy. Showed me the car. Had great hopes for a sale. Loved that specific car! Got his contact info since it was rushed and they were closing up... but he turfed me off to someone else shortly after and never heard from him again. Despite that, from that point on it was me asking all the appropriate questions while buying a 150k car, but it was followed by either zero response or empty promises and then just no contact at all... I had to pry and pry and got nothing. I don't know how they expect to sell cars when they are that incompetent and can't even answer simple buyer questions and give false promises blaming things on Porsche Oakville. I since bought a Lamborghini and I'm happy with my purchase. They lost a sale out of complete lack of interest and poor salesmenship. They've since sold it I think. Glad they thought someone else's time was more worth it than mine. Way to go guys. Class act
