I needed a thermostat for my BMW. The Lady at the front desk provided me with two options for my car. The first option came with a 1 year warranty and the other came with a better lifetime warranty. She explained the reasons why and sold me on the lifetime warranty. Great customer service! Thanks for the peace of mind!

I would definitely put in zero stars instead of one. My husband asked me to check on a part he ordered. It was a simple question, but the male cashier's response to it was downright rude. I'm normally a polite person and very soft spoken, so I was shocked, since I didn't expect to be treated that way. Especially when I reminded him that he does not have to be rude, he continued on acting the same ill-mannered way. In addition, he was not wearing a mask, obviously ignoring the fact that we are in the middle of a global pandemic. We're taking our business elsewhere, so do yourself a favor and stay safe (emotionally and physically) from that place.

My review in 3/5 because anytime I have been there and spoke to the lady, my service has been great and efficient. However I spoke to a man last week that was very rude just because I was picking up what I was told to pick up and am not knowledgeable about the car myself. Was very happy when the lady seemed to have taken over for him and sold us what was needed.
