Professional and honest service. These guys were recommended to me by another parent who has their minivan serviced by them. I finally got to use their services this year on our second car and I got consistent professional and honest service. Not only were they able to assess our first car but our second car got a very thorough Safety Inspection. Eric was phenomenal in not only being friendly and give honest feedback, but he took the time to answer my questions, hear my concerns and give me advanced notice on repairs that should be done in the future to keep my car running. I really do recommend them for premium quality service and get informed about what your car needs. You will need to phone for an appointment and currently they are closed to public due to COVID procedures. Plenty of parking is available but facilities are closed to public entry. Head to the window to speak with reception.

My father and I took his car here for a repair, they ordered the wrong part and their juniour mechanics thought it would be a nice idea to try to ram the part on by smashing it with a hammer. A few days after driving it the car broke down again. This time we took it to a real auto repair shop with some skill and intelligence. Upon having someone else look at it they put it on the hoist and showed us the damage Mountainside Auto had did, literally the worst job I've ever seen. The part he forced on caused more damage and when we confronted the owner at Mountainside Auto he laughed at us on the phone and said so what do you want me to do about it. When letting him know we were going to seek legal help if not fixed he responded with \do what you gotta do\ and hung up on us. I would never recommend this company to anyone I know, this man was not only aggressive and rude on the phone but the service was absolutely atrocious. Please take the extra bit of time to look for a shop that is not going to make your car worse off when you get it back 1 star given because I had no choice.

I have taken my car here a few times and every time it has been fantastic experience. Super quick, super professional service at fair and reasonable prices. I cannot recommend highly enough!

I thought I was getting a full patch repair for the price, but got just a plugged repair instead. I took my Audi here a few weeks ago to get a patch on one of my tires. I realized after that they just plugged it instead and charged me 40 for the repair which I thought was a proper patch repair.. most shops do plugs for free or 5-10 if that. I could have just got a plug kit and do it myself in 5 minutes.. Nice friendly service but I’m a little disappointed with my experience with them. Sucks because I live right next door and was hoping to find a quality tech around here.
