Terry and Brenda (the flower lady) were EXCEPTIONAL. made my trip amazing they are the kindest people ever and made my trip so much better because I am currently disabled (broken foot and mental issues) and they made my shopping experience so much easier. Very clean and spacious aisle. A pleasure to shop here. Shushi very reasonably priced here. Everything very fresh from food, meat fish to produce. Has a small section of International/Asian foods.
Clean well stocked and has lovely helpful people at your service fir when you need anything. I love th ed centilation system which seems to do the trick. I do not think that this shop has had any cases of Covid yet....correct me if I am wrong. I feel safe at this particular Metro.
Awful delivery service. First they removed a bunch of items that were somehow unavailable, then I didn't get my order whatsoever. I called in and they said that the delivery team didn't even bother picking it up from your Appleby location. Order number 93242872. I was on the phone with customer service for over half an hour and they still couldn't get a hold of the delivery people. Then they hung up on me. What's the excuse here? Does Metro not care at all about anything?
If you want a small town supermarket with a city vibe this is the place a wide array of products that are always available, fresh produce & delicious prepared in store food. Aisles are Always immaculate and fully stocked. What I like most is that the French side is never displayed on any product if it is an employee will usually correct the problem and return it to the English language & they always have ketchup lots and lots of ketchup
