We went to this Birks with the hopes that we would receive the same high-quality service that we've received at other locations. Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed. While their jewellery is beautiful, the staff here don't seem very skilled. We spent quite a bit of time trying to work with this team, but did not find there was any one individual who seemed to have appropriate expertise, and we ultimately took our purchase to a private goldsmith to have adjusted accordingly. We still love Birks but would likely drive further to go to another location in the future.

I’ve purchased several high end watches from another location and expected the same service no matter which location. This location is the definition of a complete JOKE! I dealt with this rude unhelpful cow after waiting 25 min standing around like an idiot, meanwhile she was sitting in the back hiding from customers. This is very unacceptable for a brand with high end products. Do yourself a favour and go to the Sherway location and talk to a real professional with actual product knowledge!!!

Some nice rings but not sure why they showed us a ring that wasnt the style we asked for and was 6 times our budget
