Such a gorgeous selection of baked goods. They're a work of art and feast for the eyes. Absolutely magnificent creations. Applause to the bakers. I didn't have any issues with staff. It's hit and miss. In fact, I had a lengthy, meaningful discussion with the sales person on balsamic vinegar while he stocked the shelves, i.e. organic vs non, Longos brand vs Italian imports. He was very helpful and became inquisitive about the different labels and qualities. We examined the shapes and sizes of bottles. In the end we decided one should choose within one's budget and trust that gut feeling. It was a great conversation. Thank you Feb. 28 - I am so happy to see that management is reading customers reviews on Google, and taking the time to acknowledge us. That's excellent customer service. Since i have your attention, what is the quality difference between the various organic balsamic vinegar products ?

Longos used to be my main go to store but since Covid haven’t been once. They have ignored every single exemption to local bylaws. Never again! I have been able to convince many others to abandon these tyrants. The owners can tell you what they want but they are actually the ones breaking the law, not those with exemptions! Criminals. I hope they are taken to court because they are at fault and it has been proven over and over again since the beginning of Covid

Clean. Organized. Never had an issue with quality over here. The woman at the door is a bit rude... But the staff inside make up for it. I'd be kinda in a bad mood too if I had to sit at the front with the door opening and closing every 5 seconds too...but sometimes those people make first impressions, and I've been known to walk away never to return in most cases....but I gotta go to longos. Best meat and veggies out of all the chains.

Went there with my 9 year old son b4 all the crazy hype with masks. We used to wear masks until our health started to be affected & are now medically exempt. Went to Longo's & asked by a young worker at the door to put on . I explained our situation & she said exemptions do not apply to their store. I asked to speak to the manager & the assistant manager Matt, Steve, Mark, I cannot recall his name but quite unfriendly. Gruffly said that the by-law exemption does not apply to their store. The young worker suggested wearing the shield & she gave us 2. We went in, got the few items we needed for my son's birthday & left. Never to return. Related my story to others & they had similar experience of being rudley dealt with. This whole Wuhan Flu debacle has revealed how inhumane people can be. Divide & conquer.
