A great store for new home buyers, with excellent sale advisors and very professional sales Representative at Leon's Burlington. Thanks for all your help! The store provide public washroom and follow the COVID 19 health protocol. You can find a lot of furnitures and decorations for home Every week the have items on sales and good promotions. Big parking lot. Great location. They have differents brand of appliances ️ great store for shopping The store is follow the COVID 19 health protocol. Wearing mask all the time is mandatory inside the store. They have the promotions of scratch and safe.

Poor customer service. It took an hour to place a simple order for a sofa in store. Three weeks later, no updates on the sofa despite multiple attempts to reach the salesperson. The ladies who pick up the number are quite rude when you request status update on the order and Im told \we are too busy\ on repeat. Wish I hadn't placed the order here and gone elsewhere.

Their delivery system and delivery staff are awesome. Not too happy about the wait for my dryer which I have already paid for and will have to wait until March or April for delivery.

I will personally never shop at Leon’s again. They delivered my dining table without the chairs and one of the couches was damaged. This material was ordered in June and I have still not received my chairs nor the replacement couch. We are setting up our new house and have purchased furniture from many other companies who were clear and have been able to communicate delivery correctly. When I told top management that the Sales rep told us the furniture would be ready in 5-6 weeks, he indirectly told me I was lying and the employee has been with the company for many years. It is better to pay more from anyone else if needed but I will never recommend Leon’s to anyone!
