Michael, from the Burlington location helped me load an outdoor sectional into my jeep about a month ago. He provided incredible customer service and was like a Jenga king!! So polite. Thank you!

I love the product line and selection. It's always my "go-to" place to shop for unique household items.

Called in to get some info on a Summer patio product. Jen the customer service rep in the patio was fantastic. Very informative and knowledge about how products are brought in. I did call another location prior and felt I was not being heard. I would recommend this location and Jen in particular.

I was there to return the item i bought 1 or days ago but i lost the receipt, i entered the store with the item and need to go inside because there are carts blocking the way towards the cashier so i need to go inside the store to go to the register. The cashier asked for the receipt and explained that i don't have the receipt and she began to be so offensive saying that she don't know if i just pick it up when i came in and say i want to return it and said that she will give me lesser amount because i don't have the receipt with me. I told her to check your surveillance camera if she is so suspicious. I don't want to argue and make a scene so i just accept whatever. I am so disappointed with this store. I want to advise people that if you shop at this store don't lose your receipt. Not a happy customer.

This is an odd store. I'm used to Bed Bath and Beyond back in the USA, and JYSK is similar - but a lot more chaotically laid out and cramped. I absolutely cannot complain about the price of anything, that all seemed pretty reasonable (however I'm suspect of the quality when things get that cheap). Some of the furniture is actually budget made though - one of the coffee tables had the veneer peeling off on the display, and it was just a paper graphic over a fiberboard substrate which is super cheap. Not even a durable item. The layout didn't make sense. Asiles we're tight, and angular. Not straight tidy lines like you'd expect. Not sure why they choose to do it that way. The checkout area was a mess, huge empty boxes everywhere blocking the exit path to the door, had to wait for an associate to clean them up so myself and other customers could proceed to the exit. If you're looking for some quick dirty cheap house products, I'd say yeah, worth a visit. Otherwise not much here to see.

I was in this location last Friday.... wanted to get a closer look at a picture I was interested in buying when I was snapped at by a very rude woman behind the counter.... “You Cant come back here” very abrupt and rude... instead of saying Im sorry but .... I had no intentions of joining her behind the counter....Im sure the other review I read on here by a man that visited 4 months ago must be the same grumpy woman .... some manners would be nice to see.... I immediately left the store....

My wife and I were in the store to look around. We seen a painting we wanted to buy. We asked the cashier to look at it. She was very miserable. We felt we were bothering her. The cashier needs to be trained in customer service. Will not come back. This is not the first time this has happened.

I visited the JYSK store at Burlington today to purchase outdoor flooring and furniture. My experience was fantastic. The staff there are very friendly, knowledgeable with their products and make great recommendations. One of their staff was able to save me money by offering me a family based deal as well which I was totally unaware of. I would highly recommend this particular JYSK store for anyone looking for a pleasant shopping experience. Keep up the amazing work guys!
