From my experience, the people in this clinic are very caring, warm heart and very professional. We feel very comfortable every time talking with Bliss, she is super nice and always provides valuable and timely information and care. Greatly appreciated.

The hospital itself is nice and has been recently renovated, the staff was friendly and treated me pretty well but here's the problem it took me about 10 minutes of just walking around in circles trying to find the emergency department there are no signs saying where to go for emergency finally I had to ask one of the construction workers and he had to walk me to the emergency because there's no other way of knowing where it is. There was a long wait but there was only one doctor working that night So a long wait was expected I got there around 11 p.m. and I got out by about 2:30am which I thought was all right I was already in the second waiting room within like an hour or so but even while I was there they just kept me waiting.

For my first experience with Joe Brant hospital I was admitted to day surgery for Cataract surgery, I was Very impressed with this hospital, first of all the ease of parking was terrific, usually can be a problem, the Staff Nurses and Doctors involved with my procedure were amazing. I enjoy saying good things when good things should be said and this hospital ranks high...I return in 2 weeks for the second eye to be done and after my first experience I feel Very comfortable returning...Thank you Joe Brant...

I was in Diagnostic Imaging for a Lung biopsy performed with the radiologist and his team who do the biopsy with the help of the CT scan for accuracy. I was sure I had already submitted this evaluation right after I was released but after checking today I must have posted my review to the wrong site. I apologize to the team for my error and am now submitting a glowing review for all that was done for me. From the nurses in Blood testing to the nurses in Day Surgery to the team that performed my biopsy and the x-ray technician . I felt well looked after by a very efficient and professional group of medical staff. I felt so much better on my way home than when I arrived. The staff put me at ease and ensured I understood the procedure and anything that could possibly go a little awry. By the end I felt like I had been with trusted friends instead of hospital staff. The staff were amazing, the day surgery ward was clinically clean and spotless. The whole experience was extremely professional , very reassuring even in a heightened Pandemic. Big respect and thanks to all of the team working to help the lives of our community... you are all angels!
