The front desk staff alone are amazing! The gentleman who helped me, Lucky, made sure that everything I needed was taken care of! He explained everything in detail on what restrictions are in place because of COVID19 and answered every question I had. The room is perfect as I needed somewhere I would be able to prepare meals. They provide all the dishes/cookware and all you need to do is provide the food.

Best overall experience in a hotel I had. First night we had a room close to highway so was a bit loud they gave a better room the next night. Lucky was an amazing receptionist who helped us with our dinner and late check-out.The covid breakfast was amazing where they had eggs sausage and all the essential breakfast items for guests. Rooms were clean with all the essential items that you would need to cook food don't need to bring anything from home. Pool was clean and the 1 guest access was so much better. Will certainly stay again.

We stay here on average of 2 to 3 times a year for about a week at a time. This past week has been our worst experience yet. The housekeeping was less than satisfactory. The room was not cleaned daily, towels were not replenished, beds were not made very day. I don’t believe the room was even vacuumed once. Blankets were left thrown on AC unit and side tables and dirty was cloths left on bathroom floor. We even found two bugs in the room as well. Even after addressing this with the front desk once, the service did not improve.
Thank you for a beautiful weekend Homewood you have truly provided a "home away from home." We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and our suite. You can tell that this is a priority of the staff and management and it did not go unnoticed. The size of the suite is perfect for both short term and long term stays with a great open layout, including a kitchenette. Lucky and Sid were the 2 staff members that we were there during our stay and my goodness do they ever make you feel like the lucky one to be at their hotel and in their presence. Kind, upbeat and very accommodating, making sure you have everything you need and that your time spent there is a special experience. If you can't tell already we really loved our stay :) and can't wait until the next visit!! I stayed at this hotel with my dog for multiple weeks while my house was being renovated. All of the front staff were incredibly professional, courteous, accommodating, and hospitable to both my dog and I. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a short-term or longer term stay. And last not but not least, the breakfast service each morning is an added perk. I will be back in the future :)
I stayed at the Homewood Suites for over 4 months while my home was getting restored due to a flood. My experience there was excellent. Dinner is provided three says a week and breakfast is supplied daily. Dogs are welcome and treated nicely and the rooms are comfortable and clean. What stood out the most to me was the staff. The staff members at Homewood are absolutely stellar and go above and beyond. A particular staff member named Lucky was the reason I booked in the first place. When our home was flooded, we called numerous hotels and chose Homewood because Lucky was so kind and accommodating on the phone. His attentiveness continued throughout our entire stay. Even at 2am, he was on high alert, waiting to serve guests. He made the hotel feel like a home. Each day, I would ask my husband if Lucky was working because if he was, I knew my day would be a little brighter. Melanie was also wonderful and was always in a great mood. She truly cared and went out of her way to be enthusiastic and friendly to all guests. Every staff member I came into contact with was always so kind. I know this review is mainly about the staff and not so much about the accommodations, but I felt the need to share with people the exceptional work of those who work at Homewood.
Honest mistakes. The hotel and the staff of this hotel is very welcoming specially the manager she let us stayed when there's Tornado warning with out extra charge. That one star was supposed to be for a take out restaurant near by.
