My Mom and Dad have been clients of Nancy's for years. I had no personal knowledge of Nancy and her clinic until my Dad passed away recently and I began taking my Mom to her appointments. I have never met a more caring, kind, and patient person as Nancy. She treats my Mom like she is her mother. Even during this Covid19 pandemic, she continues to offer service to her clients by troubleshooting over the phone and offering curbside pick-up in the parking lot. My Mom lost her hearing aids recently and was struggling without them. She is unable to leave her residence Since Nancy had my Mom's ear molds and everything that she needed to order new ones, she was able to have new ones to her within one week. Not only that, but she delivered them herself and brought her laptop to make any necessary adjustments. Not an easy task while having to stand 6 feet away in the vestibule of the residence in a wind storm. She continues to follow up with her to ensure that they are functioning properly and that my Mom is using them correctly. Nancy offers outstanding, professional customer service and care that goes way above and beyond! I highly recommend the Hearing Centre of Burlington.

We were very fortunate to come across a professional as excellent as Nancy Chan. I brought my 91-year old mother-in-law to see Nancy after finally convincing my MIL to get hear-aids. Nancy was courteous, warm and thorough. She took the time to clearly explain our options.We didn't feel rushed, and there were none of the usual pressure tactics to upgrade. Nancy is a great educator and her concern for the well-being of her clients is evident in the respectful way she dealt with our questions and how she treated my mother-in-law, walking her through every step and making sure she was comfortable with what was happening. My only regret is that my own father lives too far away to feasibly be a client --must admit though, I seriously considered the 4-hr drive to bring him each time.

Nancy I'd like to thank you for all that you have done for my mother.....she feels as though she has gotten her life back!! To anyone looking for someone who is extremely knowledgeable, professional and caring NANCY CHAN is who you need to see!!! Nancy goes above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to service.....like no other!!

I have used this dispensary for many years, I have never had a problem that wasn't fixed quickly. They are courteous, informative and pleasant. I have always been treated with respect and professionalism. I am shocked at one review that seems more like sour grapes then a true review. Anyone reading reviews should do so with a grain of salt. Here you will get a straightforward and honest opinion that can be trusted. I know from personal experience that The Hearing Center Burlington will go to great lengths to give you what you need.
