First of all it was nice just being able to walk in there and order some food, directly! Had them make up a double burger with cheese and bacon. Good food, minimal wait time.

Poor customer service. Guy making burger did not care to stock up empty veg container and simply did not offer it. Also, when I buy fries I do not ask for this garbage.
I had the absolute best experience at a fast food restaurant with the worker sue. She was funny, kind accomodating and amazing all at once. I will stop there again. I have never been a Harvey's fan until now, but my opinion is changed.i want to stop at Harvey's again.

The woman that served me tonight was one of the best staff members I have encountered at this Harvey's location. She went above and beyond at the end of her shift to give me the best possible experience and I truly hope she is recognized for her efforts. On a cold, rainy night and the day before good Friday, in spite of her restaurant's obstacles and barriers, she went out of her way to in sure my food order was correct and to my satisfaction, that customers were being served in a timely and professional fashion, that the dinner room was continuing to be kept to proper standards and when there was problems or concerns, she addressed them with kind heartness and solutions that left me having to write this. Burlington restaurants in general as of late have been slipping in my opinion as of late and it has been discouraging walking into any place not knowing if you will get your order right or what to expect. It's truly wonderful and refreshing to see that there are still some people in the food industry here that still show that no matter what profession or job your in, taking pride your work and treating others with kindness, respect and compassion makes a world of difference. I never did get the woman's name, but I attached my receipt to this post just in case someone might be able to figure it out and give this woman the proper credit she deserves. Good on you Harvey's for such an exceptional employee!
