This was a the second time my husband and I have gotten a couples massage and we have loved it both times. The front desk staff are so kind and helpful, the spa is calming and clean! We've had Stewart and Even both times and I can't say enough good! So professional and kind. Thank you Hand and Stone for the wonderful experience - we will 100% be back!

Update: I felt bad because of one of your therapist and now you are trying to prove that it’s a fake review by saying that you cannot find me in your system. Please provide me information about your professional association or body I will be more than happy to disclose my identity and report this to them . Original: Unprofessional experience. Went for massage which was ok. While I was paying my therapist came out at front desk and started asking me how am I feeling and discussing my issues at front desk. Then he started showing stretches and told me to do it. I was in tank top and had to stretch in front of everyone. It was so embarrassing for me. I also don’t think he should have discussed my issues in front of everyone. I want to repost this.

I went to hand and stone for the first time in regards to a massage since I have been needing one badly. I have a coworker recommend Bonnie and might I just say this was the best recommendation I ever received. Bonnie did such a fantastic job and made me feel so fantastic!! I have the membership which provides massages at a lower cost. Friendly staff, very good RMTs available at this location. If you haven't tried, I highly recommend couple's massage with your significant other!!

I got a gift certificate for Christmas and the gift giver recommended Stuart. I am so glad she did, he is professional, kind and really listens to what you are looking for. I’ve been twice now and will be back. Best massages I’ve had in a long time. And the front desk staff have been great too! I know any customer service job isn’t easy these days. The membership option is a no brainer if you go for one massage a month!
