I wanted to share how helpful and courteous Fairview HiFi was with a recent audio concern I had at my house. I had purchased a TV and multi-channel receiver from Costco; however, I was experiencing a weird audio delay when watching AppleTV. Not knowing who to turn to, I decided to call Fairview Hi-Fi for tips or suggestions, only because I was familiar with their store/name near my home in Burlington. The gentleman I spoke with (Courtney) couldn’t have been more generous with his time and he helped me troubleshoot and solve the problem. Just wanted to say thanks and I’m a converted customer for future purchases!

Purchased a pair of Paradigm 6000F and Yamaha 485 AVR and was very satisfied with the service and help. Currently running into a few minor issues but I gave them a call and they're more than willing to try and help me solve my sync issue with my system. Def purchasing from them again. EDIT Jan 7, 2020: Regarding the issue I had before, I think we have solved the problem and I just want to add, you cant find service/help like this anymore anywhere, period.

Visited this store for the first time today to find a new receiver. Received excellent service. Everything was fully explained in a manner that was easy to understand. The knowledge and passion of the staff was good to see. I felt like they wanted me to buy the right product for my needs, not like they just wanted to make a sale. Now that our new receiver is hooked up I am incredibly happy! The sound is great, and running it all from my phone is cool. I would highly recommend this store.
