First I want to start off saying that this has been my easiest most enjoyable car buying experience EVER! Adrian was our Sales Representative and he went above and beyond what I have ever received from any dealership. We inquired about this van and I'm glad Adrian answered the phone. My wife is two weeks away from her due date and I told him we are from out of town. He said no worries we will deliver the Van to you and pick up your trade. Not only did they give me more for my trade than down here in Windsor, Adrian got my wheels powder coated for me and everything transferred and delivered all within in 4-5 days WOW!! absolutely will be moving all my vehicle purchases to the team at Fairview Chrysler. Even Ray helped us with the warranty and was extremely prompt with making the buying experience over the phone PAINLESS/EFFORTLESS. Go in to see my guy Adrian and you won't be disappointed.

My husband and I just purchased our Pacifica from the Fairview Chrysler dealership this past weekend. We had an incredible experience with their team who went above and beyond our expectations to get us the car we wanted. We dealt with Ray for the financing and Adrian the salesman who went out of his way for us- being I am 9 months pregnant and live out of town in Windsor, Adrian personally delivered the car to us over the weekend since I wasn’t able to drive for long periods this late in my pregnancy. He also drove my old car we traded in back to Scarborough for us! Very professional, courteous, & kind service we received from this dealership, would highly recommend!
The buying experience was very relaxed and not rushed nor feeling pressured. Mario was very honest, and advised us on the best approach to secure our custom ordered Jeep Wrangler. Negotiation was hassle free. We did our research and ensured profit for dealership. This honesty helped us close the deal on the spot and relatively quickly. All follow-up for signing paper work was convenient via email prior to Jeep delivery. We will certainly return to Mario when we decide to upgrade to another Jeep Wrangler.
Our experience with Fairview was great. All aspects of the purchase was comfortable and enjoyable. Michael walked us through all aspects of the Jeep Wrangler Rubicon that we had questions about. Although pricing was important to us the feeling of trust and not being pushed into anything we weren’t comfortable with was also of utmost importance. I can honest say on all accounts our expectations were met or exceeded. We also did our research on pricing and after searching prices nationally for a similarity optioned Wrangler, the Fairview pricing was the best we could find.
