They did an awesome job and were accommodating as we were trying to get carpet during the pandemic. The whole crew (Rachel, Christian, Emily and the guys who installed the carpet) were really professional and polite and also so very patient with me and my choices. The quote I got from them was the best compared to other companies with the exact carpet style. I'm so glad I went with this one on my stairs as it gave the look I was hoping to achieve. The carpet itself appears ligher than the photos but I also like now that the carpet adds the feeling of warmth and coziness! Thanks guys!

El Nino are in a class of their own! The installers Chris & Trevor are the absolute best with their attention to detail and their pride in the work they do. We have a half dozen properties and have worked with several flooring companies but Christian & Rachel plus the entire El Nino team are head and shoulders above their competitors for value, customer service, and quality of the completed work. The personal attention we received from Christian, Rachel, Emily along with Chris & Trevor was unbelievable. Don't waste your time shopping flooring stores just go straight to El Nino Carpet & Flooring. We highly recommend - Derek & Gigi from Grimsby Btw if you see any poor reviews consider them "fake reviews"

From the first phone call to the time the guys left, it was a pleasure to deal with El Nino. Professional, no pressure sale that was a breeze. The basement looks absolutely fantastic and is so comfortable to walk on. Chris even made the carpet look seamless when connecting to the existing carpet on the landing for the stairs. Fantastic experience! Contacted Rachel on a Wednesday (loved the texting for communication) and my carpet was installed first thing on Monday. We had an unusual size room so we had to buy more carpet than expected but to make the experience of buying more than we needed, Rachel got the leftover carpet cut into 4 small pieces and bonded into small rugs for free! The install guys (Chris and Trevor) where great, friendly and very accommodating. Pricing was unbeatable and I strongly recommend their survive. I will use them going forward for any future job.
