Had my A test today. Staff was extremely polite and accommodating. Examiner Bob is an exceptional gentleman. He was calm and composed and observant throughout my examination which led me to calm down for entire test procedure. I wish Bob and entire staff of Burlington drive test centre GODSPEED. Thanks once again.

I did my full M test here today at 9 a.m. Great experience. Staff is very polite. The instructor was very clear in his directions. I strongly recommend this place
The lady working at 8:30 am on Friday, April 23 was a bit miserable and snippy. She assumed things before she gave me a chance to finish what I was saying, and I had to correct her a few times because of it. While I was doing my written test, I overheard her saying "I hate when people call me 'Mam', it makes me feel old"... Well maybe if your attitude wasn't so crabby and frigid, then people wouldn't call you Mam. I don't understand why these employees have to be so rude when there's nothing provoking them.

Great experience. Customer service was quick and efficient even with covid protocols. Instructor was calm, fair, and very understanding. I forgot to submit a positive review of him at the test centre after my test and I don't know if he wants his name out there but he definitely deserves some recognition.
It's definitely worth it to bite the bullet and go right for 8:30 if you can because the footraffic gets a bit out of control around lunch time.
Great staff! Following covid restrictions. My instructor was an older lady was very nice and clear with instructions. I did fail my G test but that’s due to my own error, was too slow merging on highway. Great place to take test, practice marks perfect.
If you plan to go to this place , I suggest you read everyone's comments first, so as not to be shocked like me. The receptionist will not talk to you, she is ordering you, and even looks at you rudely. Don't stop your steps there after you turned and left the counter. I just stepped aside and searched the material information I missed with my mobile phone. Within a minute, the female staff at the counter shouted: “You need to leave! ” This is incredible. Why would Canada allow such government workers to exist? I mean quite a few people who come here to do business are new immigrants or people who haven't settled well yet. The reason everyone is here is to get help with a driver’s license and to adapt to Canada as soon as possible, we definitely don't want to be treated like criminals. I deeply sympathize with these rude employees. Maybe they don't have enough love and tolerance around them to support their life philosophy. But no matter how, this will not affect my efforts to be a loving, friendly and compassionate citizen. Hope everyone who reads this comment does too.
