I would like give a big shout out to Kari at Covers Burlington location, for going the extra mile to help me order some clips for my SHADE_O_MATIC shutters that i've had for over 20 years. The clips are hard to find since the shutters are first generation Plantation shutters. Kari was really patient as i didn't have any thing to give her but a description and a broken clip. Thanks Kari for all that you do to ensure your customers are satisfied. I look forward to ordering from you in the future.

Saw the great reviews here and the sale sign beside the road, so stopped in to see if they had something I would like for my bedroom window. Worst customer service ever. Went in, saw that the staff member was helping another customer, so started browsing. At least ten minutes later, the staff member hadn’t even looked up to acknowledge that I’d entered. I gave up and ran some other errands. A few hours later, on my way back, I stopped in again. This time there were two staff members both helping the same customer, and about 4 other customers looking around. After looking again at the options for the type of blinds I was considering, I went to stand by the service desk. After another few minutes there, one staff member finally looked up and came over, only to say that they were closing in 10 minutes, and had the present customer plus someone coming back to return samples, so she wasn’t sure they’d be able to serve me. I told her I’d been in once already and had been ignored. Staff member didn’t bat an eye, just said she had been busy with another customer then, too. Clearly this place is not interested in making any new customers, so I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I’d give this place a zero star rating if it were possible.

Arlene is absolutely amazing. She is very knowledgeable and so willing to help you it is unbelievable. She provide her recommendations, from her many years of experience. She was very supportive and the whole experience was great. I travel an hour just to buy window treatments from her any day. Kevin, who installed my window treatments, was fantastic. He was so professional and friendly, while providing advice and support on maintenance and how to make my home look great. Plus, he was so personable my kids are still asking for him to come back. Thank you so much!!!!

I recently called to have my blinds repaired and was given your installers' name and number. I called Kevin and he came out to fix my blinds and I have to say that in all my years of dealing with contractors, Kevin is in a league of his own! Very professional, punctual, charismatic and even took the time to engage my 5 year old sons' tour of his bedroom and toys! Your company has an invaluable asset and people like this gentleman deserves recognition. My husband even tried to steal him away through and for a highly decorated sales pitch and Kevin is fiercely loyal to your company and brand! This type of character trait is all but non-existent in most people. I will be sure to refer any friends and family of mine that requires any window treatment service in the future to Covers! Thank you for the great service!
