I am so incredibly impressed with the outstanding service I had from the driver, Donna, who took me to my dentist appointment. I was very anxious about my upcoming root canal. Donna shared her personal experiences, and encouraged me to feel relaxed. In fact, Donna offered to come to the appointment with me to hold my hand through the whole procedure! It takes a very special kind of person to show so much compassion. I am humbled. Thank you, Donna, you truly are an angel!

I have never used this taxi service, however now I know I don't want to! This is blatant ignorance! The driver pulled up to the Esso Gas Station and blocked the ONLY handicapped parking space, it was a complete disregard and disrespect for anyone in need of that spot. I was served in the Tim Horton's and by the time I left, the driver still had not moved, he was obviously in no rush...
Good service provided by their drivers. Could keep sanitizers in the vehicle for passengers given current conditions...
Great drivers. Good dispatchers. Horribly unreliable. I don't know what has been going on for the past four months or so, but the service has been bad...and it's not due to the drivers or dispatchers...it's down to reliability. Today was terrible. I finished work (part-time) than had to do some grocery shopping. When I was done the cab was called. I was told it would be 20-30 minutes. Not thrilled, as I had many groceries, many perishable, but that wait time, as of late, is not unusual. One hour past. No cab. Called again. Told it would be 15minutes. Half an hour passed. No cab. Called again. Was told it would be about 10 to 15 minutes. I had been waiting for an hour and a half for a cab. I explained that my hundreds of dollars in groceries were going to be ruined...my mother, who has suffered a stroke, was alone at home and I had to get back to her. I also have a disability and use a cane for mobility. I was in great pain standing for all this time. I had no other choice but to wait again...until a fellow customer came out and approached me. She had overheard my conversation...and the employees at the store discuss it. The only way I got home today was due to the kindness of a stranger. I walked into my home ten minutes short of two hours since my original call. It's unacceptable. The drivers are always pleasant. As are the dispatchers. The problem lies with either too few cars or too few drivers. I rely greatly upon Burlington Taxi. This isn't the first time this has happened. It shouldn't have happened at all.
